As Managing Partner, Evan brings over two decades of expertise in structured real estate credit products. He was previously a co-founder and principal of Unity Capital where he played a major role in leading the company to success and sustained growth. Evan started his career as a real estate finance attorney, representing major financial institutions—including Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Lehman Brothers, and Wachovia Bank—on mortgage and mezzanine financings totaling over $10 billion.
A seasoned real estate developer, investor, and financier, Ilan has been active across North America and Israel for over 25 years. He is a co-founder and chairman of Ruby Capital, a real estate investment firm providing equity and debt financing for Israeli development projects, and a co-founder and principal at Ruby Ventures, an international commercial real estate investment company owned by his family. The Rubinstein family is also a founding partner of H&R Developments and its affiliated companies, including H&R REIT (TSX: HR.UN).
Erez is a real estate finance and investment professional with extensive experience across international markets. He is a co-founder and principal at Ruby Ventures, an international commercial real estate investment company. Previously, he was a principal at the Canadel Group, focusing on real estate in Eastern Europe. He also worked at premier New York-based real estate development and finance firms such as The Carlton Group and Urban Builders Collaborative. Erez is also part of the Rubinstein family’s long-standing real estate legacy, which includes H&R Developments and its affiliated companies, including H&R REIT (TSX: HR.UN).
Connor brings over a decade of experience in real estate asset management and credit risk oversight. Prior to joining Lorimer Capital, he held leadership roles at Citi Community Capital, where he oversaw an $11 billion portfolio of approximately 350 construction loans. At Citi, Connor led teams across transaction servicing, credit risk, and technology strategy, playing a key role in optimizing portfolio performance and working closely with borrowers to execute complex real estate financing strategies.

Daniel brings 10 years of experience in real estate finance, with expertise across equity, debt, and structured capital investments in the U.S. market. Prior to joining Lorimer Capital, he was a manager in the real estate debt division at Phoenix Group, one of Israel’s largest pension and insurance institutions, where he sourced, structured, and managed investments totaling over $2 billion in project value. Daniel began his career at a prominent Israeli development company. His work spans the full investment lifecycle across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial real estate.
